en 2008 j'avais acheté les 10 CD et je vous garantie les résultats ( au début un peu difficile j'écoutais avec le son au minimum , et mon corps réagissait très fort par la transpiration ( nettoyage)) , puis mes capacités ont augmenté ...et cela continue ...gratitude à Jacotte Cholet ...🙏♾💖

Par contre ce morceau m'a donné une migraine carabinée. Je ne sais pas si elle était déjà latente ou si le morceau a servi de déclencheur ?????
