@@SunilKumarBCL Easiest way is to contact yogoda satsang society. You can register online and they will send you a magazine every 15 days for 9 months. You will learn the first kriya and also some philosophy. To learn second kriya you will have to contact them again and i think you may have to go to ranchi(not sure about this)
