Im no longer interested in going to church because I feel so beat down when I don't give especially since God has me in a season where I can only give to people that I don't know. Yesterday when I got paid I went to where the men stand in a parking lot asking to do labor. This lot is on my route as I work so went back and handed out all the money that I used to give to the church. I always feel good about this type of giving. Glory be to God!!

Please, don't take my comment the wrong way, but when I first started walking with the Lord, I prayed what should I do with the money you give me? After many prayers, I was led to give 10 percent to a church I went to. I found the church because they gave food out to the community and also invited people to their church, so I went. I'm not in church anymore, but if I were to go back, I would just pray. I mean, everything belongs to God, so why not ask Him what to do with it? I give to the poor as well, but there are many struggling churches that help people. All I'm saying is, pray to the Most High; He will tell you what to give and who to give to. 🙌🏾🙌🏾♥️

So the Lord has given us teachers, so when he says that you need no one to teach you is that we are not to be ignorant of the word ourselves. That we're hearing it first from someone else. There isn’t any condemnation in Jesus so you automatically know that’s the enemy. Girlllll, I used to feel that same way! Remember God is LOVE why would He not do the very thing He is known for (loving us)? Cast down that vain imagination (that lie). Gods way is not burdensome at all so just ask Holy Spirit every morning to lead you in the way everlasting. At night repent and just thank God for His covenant with you. Please be careful. Remember as Christians we don't have to tolerate everyone and everything. We can forgive but we have to separate ourselves from some people and not let them manipulate or control us. Let me use scripture... 2Ti 3:4-5 ISV 4 traitors, reckless, conceited, and lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God. 5 They will hold to an outward form of godliness but deny its power. Stay away from such people. (It would be good to read from verse 1. We are simply instructed to stay away from such people.) Tit 3:10-11 ISV 10 Have nothing to do with a divisive person after you have warned him once or twice. 11 For you know that a person like this is corrupt and keeps on sinning, being self-condemned. (Very clear warning) Joh 2:24-25 EasyEnglish 24 But Jesus himself did not trust the people. He knew what all people are really like. 25 He did not need anyone to tell him what people are like. He knew already what was really in all people. (Jesus who taught about love and forgiveness, knew to be careful with people.) There are many other verses but this post is long.
