The band is SpiRitual, the song is "Pulse" from the album 'Pulse.' The music video is also on Asleep By Dawn's Underground Club Mix #2, which is a CD/DVD set with a total of almost 40 songs for only $6.99. It's only sold at Hot Topic, tho.

Does anyone know what compilation album this was on? I used to have cd set that I think was purple? Had a bunch of songs from various artists and a few videos including this one. I got it back around 2008 ish. Also included a song by Switchblade Symphony, I believe.

@Dragonfroot Well it's kind of a weird genre that Stefan tried creatign called Ethno Metal. But imo, it's basically just an ambient folk metal mixed with Melodic Death Metal (Melo Death).

What do you mean the contrast is so out of place? Are you referring the combination of genres? If so, there are many others bands who do it with metal, for example diablo swing orchestra for jazz-metal, haggard for classical-metal. The only B part is the strobe light part, but there are a TINY german band, its not like they have money.
