Hi John I'm only 26 years old but I've had some very insightful and tremendously confusing experiences of "enlightening"... And whatever you say resonates deeply with me. Just beautiful. Thanks for somehow validating sth I've never been able to find words for.

John 14:6-Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." I appreciate John and Phils sharing so very much and I don't know that its as complicated a question as it might seem at times. Jesus knew that his sheep (disciples) heard and knew "His" voice (in other words they knew "the truth" as it is Jesus. When Pilot asked Jesus "what is truth?" and Jesus looked at him and didn't say anything because if Pilot had "known the Truth" Jesus wouldn't have to say a word because Pilot was looking at the truth.

The videos are great I watch daily and often repeat videos. We have seen the question of ‘what should we be doing’ answered. Which is finding the stillness. But I haven’t yet seen the question of ‘why we are here being answered’. If the world is spirit why aren’t we just spirit? What decided that we would become what we are and what is the purpose of that? are animals the same as us? If the purpose of the universe if for man to find the stillness what was the purpose before man desisted?

I'm 19. Wish I could meet John and learn some of his wisdom. Our politics are different but deep down life is about truth, God and love. The truth to me is that people and law (rules) are weak. I fear for the future seeing as how my generation are full of depravity. Taking drugs for fun, swallowing condoms for "fun" .. swearing and threatening relatives with no consequence .. we need to learn from the old and wise because the hole is already dug.. it's just a matter of time until we jump in it & can't get back out. Keep up the vids John I'll keep watching until the last pal
@Arcexey5 жыл бұрын
Mr Kk A country that allows drugs to be used with rules is a happier, safer and more moral country by the statistics. Social media has a massive side effect of addiction and depression... it isn't like it's gen z or millennial's fault for social media existing. that is the natural progression of civilization. If you want to talk about consequences then it is the previous generations that needs some consequences and to learn some respect. Previous generations let down their guard and let in the corporate presidents, Reagan to Trump. Back then you only needed 1 person working at a shit job to own a house and pay the bills. new generations have zero chance of every owning a home and incomes are now as low as dirt, while corporations make record profits and we're stuck with massive student debt, overcrowding and insane workplace competition. Previous generations, bless them, are ignorant and FUCKED our climate. They lived high off the hog and now we gotta clean up their planet-wide mess. The wisdom comes from learning from their mistakes not from listening to older people.
@Arcexey5 жыл бұрын
Mr KK I mean, 'taking drugs for fun.' that is what alcohol is also lol. alcohol's impact has been far far far worse than anything. and it's in every store and marketplace and they propagandize us
@mrkk43605 жыл бұрын
you are part of the problem. I refuse to be weak like you. My living relatives (some) came from extremely poor circumstances and were not educated at all (all they knew was fighting) but they WORKED. It paid off 40 years later. This generation cannot last a week. Statistics?? shut up you absolute tit. Another lefty who lives his life by "statistics" -- no I live by experience of the eye. I have seen drug addicts on the street. Some of my friends have DIED before they were 19 contributed by drugs. The same way guns are "controlled" and yet the cities with the strongest gun laws and highest immigration-support laws have the worst crime statistics. Ohh you won't believe those statistics though will you? DRUGS RUIN LIVES AND CAUSE DEATH
@Arcexey5 жыл бұрын
Mr Kklol 'Another lefty who lives his life by "statistics" ' Did you...... really........... just attack someone for using stats and facts??? lolll?? 1. Drugs - I am empathic to people with drug problems and those are very sad. - Those stories however, are *anecdotes.* They are an example that does not represent the big picture. - The reason for people with drug problems is because countries try to ban them. - When you ban drugs.. people still use them (big shocker). They will use them in hiding and unsafe situations using bad drugs. THAT is where addiction comes from. -If you regulate drugs the complete opposite happens - they are safe, addiction drops, and people use drugs less. -In the US, our state Colorado allowed marijuana and (big shocker) marijuana use DROPPED amongst kids/adolescences. -It's the same as alcohol. The US tried to ban alcohol and the same thing happened - addiction and death. -Facts are facts. If you regulate drugs.. less people do them. Less people die from them. -If you block drugs or ban them... more people do them. More kids do them. More people die from them. "and yet the cities with the strongest gun laws and highest immigration-support laws have the worst crime statistics. " 2. Gun laws. In American politics, people know it is a big mistake to try to connect city gun laws to gun crimes because... In the US, if a city puts in gun laws... YOU CAN STILL GET THE GUNS FROM THE NEXT CITY OVER. That's why people attack New York City, Chicago for having gun crimes. But all their guns just come from the next towns over who have no gun laws. The gun crimes have NOTHING to do with strict gun laws. All of the gun crimes commited in those cities - the guns just came from next door!!! The vast majority of Americans want common sense gun regulation: universal background checks. Even America's NRA members want background checks. I own a bunch of guns and love guns. 3. Immigration In the United States, illegal immigrants do far, far, far less crime than Citizens! If you wanted someone to babysit your kid or watch your valuables.. you would be INSANELY safer trusting that to an immigrant than a citizen. "DRUGS RUIN LIVES AND CAUSE DEATH" *unregulated drugs ruin lives and cause death Would you ban alcohol if you could? Alcohol is the real killer of all the drugs. It is the one that has done all the damage and all the death. It is the terror of humans and the companies try to sell it to kids. You gonna ban alcohol? yes? hmm? Remember: gen y and gen z have it much much harder than previous generations. If you were born in the last 30 years it is near impossible to own a house or property anymore by comparison. gen y and z are generations of WAR HEROES in afghanistan and iraq. lol yes go call a generation of war heroes weak. please do that.

Jesus gave us two examples of the truth for us to follow, first thinking and saying to the human self: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Then by holding silence after thinking and saying that, instead of further replying to the talk of the human self.

God loves us so much, willing that his joy be also in us so our joy be made complete, that He is experiencing everything we experience, as each one of us, be it still in the appearance of the sinful flesh. Thus He has taken on Himself all our sins and our suffering for that as if that were His own. Until He comes to Himself and His Life also in us, entirely to the eternal divine benefit of our soul.
