I really need this calm voice and safe words as a help to fall asleep .After a while ,I feel at peace ,rest ,and then ,falling in sleep. I am so grateful.Next time ,I listen to rest of the talk ,again and again .I hope the SPIRIT, the precens is working in me .

Absolutely. Aging doesn't exist....ultimately it's a belief and a human expectation. To conform to the collective we must, to a certain extent, take on the believe we are "ageing".....but in actuality, there's not reason for the body to decay in any way. The more you live tapped into your inner being....the less mental static there is....responsible for all the stress factors that lead to ageing.

I love how his channel says spiritual unfoldment. That tells me that we dissolve into something rather than nothing . The fact that words can contain meaning is astonishing . We are astonishing because we are the miracle of existence. See that . In seeing that you realize no matter what we are always ok because you are with God always , we borrow our love , our sorrows , our pain , our body from a source that is shared by all . I’ve seen these KZbin sites that try to make all these sounds to give you the affect of noises that sooth you. I find them to be way over done to bring this sensation to the body. It doesn’t work for me. It’s got to be done naturally. So far the best I’ve found is listening to John Butler. His voice can help so good with meditation. Plus he is full of so much wisdom. Thank you John.
