I think the thing 3 is now too long with those extra molle slots. Whatever you have at the ends will get in the way of your under arms

If they did a double cell elastic then you could load the backside of the Thing 3 with 4 mags, have your placard on the front, and the front wings can have radio/GP pouches. They missed the mark on that

Because it’s double sided with Molle grab the blue force gear 10 speed mag pouches and put them on the back. That’s what I plan on doing.
