Because Sega almost never copyright claims any sonic related content unless it’s something like the movies I guess. Which mostly belong to paramount. Like there’s been times where certain songs have complicated copyright related issues like with endless possibilities for example. But overall Sega doesn’t really care if people use sonic music or sonic content in general in their videos really. Because as the old saying goes *Sega does what nintendont* 😂
