Rennala had only 3 kids. And then after she went a bit mad (in a safe "I refuse to accept reality and don't touch anyone" way) and very depressed since her divorce she kept using rune of rebirth to give people who asked for it a new life... Sadly rebirth usually led to flawed results (supposedly due to her apathetic mental state) and most common result in one after rebirth was losing their legs. During her first phase she doesn't attack you - when it ends and second phase starts... She doesn't fight you. Her daughter Ranni The Blue Witch steps in to protect her mother and conjures an illusion of Rennala in her prime - which becomes the second phase. Once the fight is finished you'll find yourself before Rennala who is safe and sound still clutching the Golden Egg of rebirth... And you just leave poor woman alone. (You can also politely ask the Queen to "remake you" allowing you to reallocate stats and change your appearance - luckily you are one of the cases where side effects do not happen)

She can attack you in her first phase. If you don't knock her down fast enough then she will turn a few children into tombstones and throw them at you.

Minor correction, but if you fish through the lore, Ranni is NOT the only lunar princess to have been born. Rennala started the Carian dynasty, but it's stated ranni is the last of said dynasty.

Rennala doesn't have that many kids, but that amber egg lets her rebirth people as young again. Unfortunately, they become slightly more insane with every rebirth. And Maxor's editing has gotten more and more frantic with each video. Now you can see his part 2 of this, then parts 1 and 2 of Ultrakill. Like he's trying to make you have a stroke.

This is peak Max0r, he's on point with references, ennui, runs and context. Not to jinx him, but this series is probably going to be a watermark in his output. This one is CRAMMED with essentially forty years of pop/video games/fandom and all the memes thereof and from. Masterclass editing and references. Rennala's kids are essentially the byproduct of her grief at being literally abandoned and the context and consequences thereof are quite literally a video of their own.... let's just say Ranni did nothing wrong. Yoooo it's the video that got me to play Elden Ring! The Radahn description is what tipped over the edge into playing the game, I love that description cus it's ALL TRUE. Radahn is literally holding back the movements of the stars and still pulverizes anyone and everyone he runs into in his exile. Also he specifically learned gravity magic so that he could continue to ride his scrawny horse (who is canonically named Leonard) because he got too big for him but didnt want to give him up.

It was a lot less about caring for the poor and a lot more about withholding medical care until you accepted Christ. There was a lot of deathbed baptisms where the dying individual wasn't even informed of what was happening. They were extremely short-staffed and undertrained. Most of the donation money disappeared. She felt that watching people suffer and doing nothing to stop it brought her closer to God. She was a large factor in covering up child abuse cases. I still love Max0r's Ultrakill videos. Despite me already liking the Yakuza series (or Like a Dragon series now I guess), it introduced me to Mabuchi's theme so that's always fun.

@@DefinitelyNotDefinitiveGames I don't know for certain and if I get anything wrong, people are certainly free to correct me but I think it ultimately came down to 2 things: 1) The original name is (in English letters) Ryu ga Gotoku which literally translate to "Like a Dragon". Why it was changed to Yakuza is something that I am not fully sure of myself but the other reason I think is because 2) The series seems to be moving away from just being about the main character's connections to the crime families of the same name. Up until now, the series has been about a main character's struggles and dealings with the Yakuza both that they belong to and don't belong to. But after the release of Like a Dragon: Ishin! (which focused on a character that was connected to the police force and government more than any kind of crime family), it seems like the series is no longer just about that connection. But again, maybe I got something wrong here and it's not right. I was really just expressing my happiness at Max0r's use of Mabuchi's theme (Cold-Blooded War Maker) for Minos Prime in the Ultrakill video. Wild stuff.
