In spiti valley, you’ll not see that much rain. But Manali and Shimla sides you’ll see heavy rainfall so plan accordingly

Almost 6 hours But it depends on your vehicle If you are driving 4x4 or SUV then it’s fine otherwise it will take 9-10 hours
