In broadcast writing we write for the ear. This is the first of a two-part video series presented by University of Mississippi broadcast journalism professor Dr. Deborah Wenger as part of the Society of Professional Journalists’ #Press4Education initiative supporting student journalism.

SPJ and the Journalism Education Association are looking to match journalists and K-12 teachers in a nationwide effort to bring more journalism education to schools.
