Anyone who hasn't gotten trapped by multiple Steel Eels hasn't played nearly enough Salmon Run. I love how high level SR seemed really intimidating when I first saw it, but since then I've gotten Profreshional 140. As long as I get a good weapon set that I can actually use effectively. And of course halfway decent team members, but most anyone at that level is pretty competent with the game.

the most amazing moment in splatoon 2 ive ever experienced first hand: playing inkblot art academy tower control with the inkbrush (custom). we are in the lead, but it enters overtime. I jump at the tower from a ledge at the base, swinging my brush the whole way. Mid jump i realize just how dangerous it is, with a baller sitting on top, with a tenta missiles waiting to be launched right next to them. i kill the tenta missiles before they were fired, knock the baller off the tower, and land on the tower to take control and end the match all in one motion. IT WAS AMAZING!

no, I believe in the description of thermal ink it only says ink from your main weapon.

However, Thermal Ink does stack with Sting Ray. So you can hit them with your main weapon first then back up and use Sting Ray from a distance.
