Splatoon Gear - in REAL LIFE!

I got my clothes from ZoZoTown! A Japanese fashion store that collaborated with Nintendo! zozo.jp/brand/splatoon/ (Unfortunaly they don't ship overseas, but there are third companies that can purchase items and ship them, like "Japan Rabbit", just be wary of customs prices when purchasing from outside Japan!)

2:25 - those are "soles." basically just replacements if the bottom of the inside of the shoe gets too worn out/damaged :D

I had ordered Zozotown Splatoon clothes myself, very excited for whenever they will arrive. Unfortunately after I had requested my proxy of choice to pack them to ship them to me, they told me that there was a manufacturing error with the color of one part of the shoes. So on your pink sneakers, you may notice the in-game version has that small little cyan detail (while the in-game cyan sneakers have that piece be pink), the manufacturing process to recreate the shoes accidentally added the pink detail to the pink shoes, and the cyan one to the cyan shoes. So my proxy said they're waiting for Zozotown to possibly announce a solution. They might end up offering returns and make corrected ones, I guess we'll see. Unfortunately that means I also have to wait for the sweaters, shirt, and hat I had bought alongside them. :( On the bright side, I do have plenty of other real life Splatoon gear to wear already, mostly from Editmode.
