KittyTime 999 probably cause they didn't add hitboxes for the fingers and palm and just the arm, and tentacle, it would make sense because animating an actual hitbox would take a good amount of time and effort, and I'm pretty sure there is gonna be different songs for each spaltfest so they need to do different animations each time. If I'm wrong about that, do tell me I would appreciate the information

Modern vs Retro was my first splatfest, and also the first time I got to see this dance and enjoy Inkopolis square at night. Not gonna lie, as a little bit starstruck, as in, has it been an hour already, I should go fight for my team! Pulled a decent amount of clout, had a ton of fun, pulled an all nighter together with an extra large Pepsi bottle, then had one of the most suspenseful minutes of my life waiting for the splatfest results. Then... pure bliss because my team WON!!! Honestly, couldn't wish for a better first time and I'll see you all out there next time! _TIL THEN, DON'T GET COOKED, STAY FRESH OFF THE HOOK!_

Yeah, it would also look more unique as pink and green are already the Squid Sisters’ signature colours, it would also make sense for them too. Pearl could be white as that WOULD kind of match her name, so and would kind of be a kind of ironic joke, and Marina could be red as red seems to be the Octolings’ main colour as most of them face red tentacles. So yeah, it would fit quite well
