See, I much prefer the performances from the Squid Sisters and Off the Hook for their respective Splatfests compared to Deep Cut in the Splatoon 3 Splatfest World Premiere. You can't really see Shiver, Frye, and Big Man on top of their flying floats, and the television screens that switch between them don't really do them any justice. With with the Splatfests from the first two games, you got to see the performers in all their glory. I'm actually a little disappointed with how they did it this time around, to be honest.

This last Splatfest, I wasn't able to play before halftime, when they are on the floats. I also forgot that my Nintendo Switch Online subscription expired a few days ago. I had to make an emergency run out to the store to buy a new Switch Online gift card (and also get my groceries for the week, which I had planned to do today, until I discovered my subscription lapsed). However, I was able to catch the rest of the Splatfest after halftime, and came close to reaching the highest rank title. I would have probably gotten it, too, if my parents didn't make me come to dinner. By the time we sat down for dinner, the Splatfest was over. At least Team Gear (the team I chose) won.

Honestly Pearl and Marina appeal to different types of people (though they both appeal to me). People may like Pearl because of her energy, as she obviously has MUCH of it most being gremlin energy. She’s the more “street smart” of the two as well obviously using a lot of slang so people may like that more. And people may like Marina because she’s much more chill and sassy(or because they think she’s hot). I like both of them because the way they work together is super cute.
