It exists (or existED), believe it or not! For a while a Splatoon anime ran on a Japan-exclusive Nintendo TV channel. It’s long since been discontinued, but it’s cool to know it’s a thing!

ほんと手の抜かれてるところが全くないんよ、一回一回まばたきさせるだけでも大変だろうに、それを惜しみなく再現してて。るいるいに遭遇した時にぽぷぽぷの瞳孔が猫になるとことかほんと細かくこだわってて。途中、ビル映すのもセンスありすぎだし。もう。すごい！努力と才能が！すごい！

After taking a closer look on my 17th time watching this, I’ve noticed that the tips of most of their Tentacles (Hair) have their Natural ink colour and I really like the idea that when in turf war, their natural ink colour isn’t changed to the actual ink colour of the team they’re on, but It’s still noticeable at the end of their Hair
