If I had to guess I'd say that the lack of a green option may be because they wanted to avoid legal entanglement with Jimmy Workshop. Could Geedubs convince a Judge that they should own green Orcs? Probably not; But they COULD tie the devs up in a long expensive court battle that they can't afford, so I get airing on the side of caution.

So this is going to read negatively, but it is a genuine question for the game. What about this is unique? Like yes, you're playing as the orcs instead, but like...other than that it looks like a slightly less than bog standard TRPG. I don't really see "the hook" on why I'd spend my time and money on it. It is competently made clearly but...I don't know. I just don't see it.
