You can actually do certain Hand-to-Hand Combat animations on enemies if you mark one then execute while near them, it works for both lethal and non-lethal.

Can you elaborate brother? You mean like in this video or theres a different kind of way?

@@nivm101 So basically you mark the enemy you want to Knockout or Kill, and then you press the Execute Button right next to him; if you want a specific animation you can execute to their left or right side of their body, you can judo takedown them if nonlethal if you go close up to them and execute. In some cases you just elbow them in the back of the head. If it's lethal it's either a Gut Slash or a Throat Slit (it's the same with heavy infantry)

Nah, the guard probably knew he was going to die anyway. Sam literally stabs his neck to pull the body, before the second slit

OMG! Nice video. Happened to come up on my homepage. Someone else had a similar video, years ago. Nowhere near, as long. I used to LOVE doing the hand-to-hand moves, just to see the different animations. Loved this game. I still have it. Not a scratch on it. Unfortunately, my PS3 doesn’t work. 😢

Bro how do you ensure that when you are doing a mark and execute that you get to do a pistol finisher on the last guy (closest to you) as opposed to doing the neck breaking animation???

Press 'Direction + Throw' when you're close to a wall or obstacle 😎

It's random. When grabbing an enemy, you'll see the text "Human Grenade" on the left side of the screen 🤔

They added tons of moves since Conviction but Conviction is still better because enemies don't automatically block your melee attacks when they're aware of you. Stupid fucking mechanic
