I remember playing version two of Splinter Cell Double Agent years ago. It's a good game, man. In fact, it wasn't like the first version where Sam Fisher spent most of the game at the JBA HQ.

What settings did you use to make all these games run so well on pcsx2?

For the graphics settings, everything was at default apart from the resolution which was at 5k. As for the emulation settings, I set it to the second preset

@@TGP482 have you tried it on Xemu? I hear it's far better. The Xbox port of DA v2 was always known as being the better version (expanded level design, superior lighting, etc) and I've always found PS2 games to be weirdly grainy through emulation compared to GameCube and Xbox games.

The xbox version of this game is unplayable for me (backwards compatibility) because there's this glitch where, when you turn the camera, the light meter also changes, getting me caught while in darkness. It's a shame too, since I can't emulate ps2 well

Hey man since you’re playing this version can you play the 2 bonus maps that are on this? Bunker and ship maps that were on original ps2 version.

it's the ps2 version on PCSX2 with the widescreen fix

Shame this version never came to pc, and the only version avalible is badly preserved no widescreen support and no native resolutions , but it's not as Pandora tomorrow's case, but you get my point.

@@TGP482 nice. I always preferred this version 2 of Double Agent. it is so similar to Chaos Theory and the story is much more coherent. Ubisoft will apparently remake the 1st Splinter Cell game but I would have loved to see a remastered collection of all classic Splinter Cell games instead, especially on PC. and to do a remake is so soon. the first ever Split get Cell game still looks pretty damn good.
