I remember doing this with a friend. We added a condition to bring something during the extraction. It was the penthouse we had trouble with. Not the stealth part but the bring home something. It had to be thrown in the elevator. Everything in that penthouse to pick up were breakable bottles. We managed to roll one in instead of throw. We brought home a gold bar from the bank.

great play through. the route you use for cargo ship is great. This is the best Splinter Cell as a stealth game. The later ones are good if you view them as stealth action games. Although you do missed out on a lot of funny dialog since you are not grabbing people. I used to just grab everyone just for the laughs.

I must have played through this game 100s of times, I'm happy I got 100% on the whole game, but this takes it to a whole new level, I didn't know you could do half the stuff or go through certain routes in this playthrough. Really impressive.

I remember cracking myself up in one of the Splinter Cell games on a level that had this huge entry way room with like 50 lights including a giant chandelier. It had several guards and you're obviously supposed to go around it through a window or something, but instead I just slowly and methodically went around shooting out all the lights. Every time the guards would rush over and say "that's strange", but after a minute or two they'd go back to low alert levels until eventually they were standing in a pitch black room with shattered glass everywhere, which they were apparently just fine with, having casual conversations with each other about sports or something lol. I know I was just being stupid, but I wish they'd had a script that triggered a dialogue like "Hey, didn't this room used to have lights?"

I didn't realise until recently when I was playing that mission that I can disrupt the lasers and get out without setting off an alarm. I managed it that way, didn't attack anybody and got out without being spotted and I got 100%. That's how I like to play my stealth games

I've never personally played this game or any in the series, but I love me some CLEAN ghost-style stealth missions and sassy banter, regardless of realism or graphics. 6 inches behind a guy, hiding in the shadow of a potted plant, joking around on comms and still completely undetected? love it, it's giving "I'm just so goddamn good at my job, ain't nothin you punks can do about it." thanks for the quality upload :)

Ok, but for real. This game is worse than the previous 2(on hardest difficulty). The detection is so whack. I had the same type of feeling with hitman Blood Money. Everyone says it's the best but id rank in lowest in my list. Not bad per se just not as good. Case in point. Im in Seoul getting fucked by the tank turret guy even though there's no way he has seen me.

I remember the graphics being super awesome but the stealth gameplay was kinda disappointing. Literally zero improvements over older SC games. Enemies were either completely oblivious or they knew exactly where you are. No tense hide and seek action like for example in the Metal Gear games.
