I really liked the slow motion talk-through, it was a very good explanation & I can't wait to try this! Also, could you make a tutorial on how to get such good splits? I can do the splits but I can't hold them like that in mid air! xxx

Just started learning this and so excited to use your advice on my next try. I've been practicing the split entry but not yet the knee tangle. The hardest part for me is keeping my foot wrapped as I get back into the splits but your technique has given me an idea of how to fix it. Next week, knee tangle!
