1 Med sweet potato
2 corn
1 Med eddo
1 small carrot
1 celery stalk
1 small onion
Cilantro
Thyme
Hot pepper
1/2 cup split peas
1/2 cup barley
1 Pk Maggie soup mix
Beef broth
Spinach
1 Tsp ginger
Duff
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp baking powder
