I dreamed of BBB before even having a daughter! Then didn't have the extra money to take mine until she was 7. I almost thought she wouldn't appreciate it or would be too old or "too cool", but when they spun that chair and she saw herself she gasped and said "I look beautiful!" 😭😭😭😭 not a dry eye in that room. I’m watching this in March because we are going for Christmas this year. Going to do Animal Kingdom Lodge or Poly. We are DVC members and both have availability and I haven’t decided yet. lol We love Wilderness Lodge for Christmas. It’s so beautiful. The geyser runs from the lobby all the way down to the pool and out to the lake (well the appearance of it. It’s not all the same water. We split stayed Polynesian and Saratoga. So we get the hustle and bustle at the beginning and then the chilled laid back Disney!

We love Wilderness Lodge. The spring in the lobby is amazing. It "runs" outside and all the way "through" the pool and out past the geyser into the lake.

Such a sweet vlog! Nora was just precious in the boutique. We did a split stay between Pop Century and Animal Kingdom Lodge. During the early part of the trip we are going go, go, go! Barely any time in the resort. Then the second half, we wanted to rest and relax a bit more and AKL was perfect for that. Sitting out in the balcony with coffee watching the animals was truly magical!

Absolutely beautiful! Our oldest daughter had Maria as her Fairy Godmother in training back in 2017. She is so lovely and doesn’t seem to have changed a bit 🥰 Such a special moment for Nora. Our youngest daughter was 4 when she done Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and has now while watching this vlog, told us she would like to do it again on our next trip. She’ll be 11 by then so I’m hoping the princess dream is still alive by next November 🤞🏼 Loving these vlogs to give us a little bit of the Disney Christmas magic 🥰

Hi Blair, been watching your Disney videos since before you had kids, love them. Taking my family and grandkids in February. They are about the same age and gender as your kids. Since I’m taking my granddaughter to BBB I just loved seeing your experience and we are so excited. We are doing a spilt stay going to coco beach first and having the kids experience the ocean, then 9 days at WDW. Thank you so much for the wonderful videos they are a big benefit to my family. Wilderness Lodge is our absolute favorite, especially at Christmas! We will be there again end of Jan. The stream in the lobby flows out to the pool.

When I stayed at the Wilderness Lodge, I had a room like yours that looked over the main lobby, but the best part was my balcony view looked directly at Cinderella’s Castle and we could see the fireworks right from our room on those nights we were too tired to head over there. Didn’t request the view so it was a nice surprise.

Did a split stay contemporary/yacht club. We did the park’s closest to each resort which was so nice! On our changeover day we rented a cabana so we had a place to rest while waiting for our new room

We just did a split stay on our last trip and loved it! We did two nights an All Star Movies followed by seven nights at Animal Kingdom Lodge..so fun! Both resorts were new for us and honestly loved them both! Thought changing resorts would be stressful, but it’s not at all!

We did a 3-split a few years back. Started at Boulder Ridge (there at Wilderness Lodge), then Beach Club, and finally Old Key West. I wouldn’t want to do that many again with kids in tow. We’ve also done a Poly/Boardwalk split. (We’re DVC owners which makes it fun to bounce around and maximize our points). They can be tricky to do when there’s the delay between check out and check in, but having a park day like you all did seems to be our best way to handle those days as well. Pool days at the new resort can also be fun as you don’t have to have a room available yet to swim. But have to be willing to hang out wet for a while. 😝

Loved your video! I am so happy to travel with your family. We are missing Disney so much! There is nothing better than Christmas in Disney. Our family has a tradition of going at Christmas but we are taking a break this year. As I said previously, we are planning a Disneyland trip in June if all works out. It has all gotten so expensive, I fear the trips may not be as often. So, thank you for sharing your magical trip! Oh my, the BBB experience was delightful! Nora, you looked just beautiful! So special and I’m so glad you filmed. I’ve never gotten to see everything that happens behind the scenes. This was not offered when my daughter was young. (I wonder if they would do a 36 and 65 year old. I would totally do it!) Just teasing on that , but what a neat fantasy for the littles! God bless you all this Christmas!
