When I started stretching in March, this was impossible for me. Since May I am in a Pole Studio and now, in December, this is more than easy. Thank you, this video reminds of the beginning of my journey!

Good morning! I put my 3 month old son to sleep after waking at 7 this morning and got right to it. It's now 9:39 and I feel great after doing your stretch routine. I'm very rusty but look forward to me watching this video often until I master it. Namaste

It's really easy to follow along with you in this video. I would prefer if you was talking a little but it was still amazing watching and following along. Very easy and uncomplicated. I will be doing this routine in my future exercises. I have a 3 month old son and looking to get back into gear so as soon as I find the extra time I would love to use your video to keep me going. Thanks for sharing and I really like your work. How long have you been stretching like this? This must be years of hard work and devotion to your hobby here. It's amazing. :)

Amazing as always! How long do you suggest holding each pose??
@AneteBlaua
@AneteBlaua 2 жыл бұрын
It always depends in your goals and conditioning. Splits poses usually 2 min. If you’re more atdvanced you can hold longer. If you cannot hold 2 min. You went too far, too deep.

Hey, you can switch to other stretching videos in my channel. To challenge your body and to progress you need to change execises after a while or make them harder a bit if your ready.

I find I can do the splits on the ground but on the pole I can't! I think I don't have enough active flexibility! Will this workout help with that or are there different exercises I should do? 🙂🙂🙂 Also, your so amazing!!! Xxx
@AneteBlaua
@AneteBlaua 5 жыл бұрын
Hey, thanks for your feedback☺️ This workout is mostly strengthening, dynamic and active stretching which is more safer and productive in a long run. And yes, this will definetely help to achieve splits also on pole. Just focus more on engaging the opposite muscle group, work more on leg lifts, focus also on your end range position and hold it actively. Good luck💜

As it said beginners, I would have loved all the movements to be much slower. I feel its too fast, i cant keep up and without the direction its difficult to know whats happening without looking at the screen. otherwise this would have been amazing !!

@@AneteBlaua Great thank you. I'm aiming for a minimum of 3 sessions per week now with a hopeful goal of splits by end of the year. So I will also look at the middle split and hip mobility. Your tutorials are the best out here; they are the most detailed and what i love is that you teach all this prep work that is so important before even attempting a spin! Do you offer online tutoring and do you offer workshops at other studio's?
@AneteBlaua
@AneteBlaua 4 жыл бұрын
I do workshops, but because of the lockdown everything is cancelled unfortunately. Right now trying to figure out about online classes or workshops, because so many have asked. And I am so happy for that💜 Thank you🙏

@@AneteBlaua That would be great; I would love and benefit greatly from some regular online tuition from you. I've improved just from following your tutorials. Plus I've had in mind a workshop for my club; the girls would get so much from your tuition. I know it's not possible with lock down but once that's lifted then I'd love to look into that with you. I'll keep updated on your online classes and workshops in the meantime. Thank you for giving
