I know the community makes their own tournaments do cash prizes from there own wallet. Must of the top players just pug now though. Grind hard in SG then when SG2 comes out you should be ahead of most players

That was entertaining to watch, but it's pretty clear this game isn't very popular, cause the players are... alright at best? Their aim, awareness and decision making could definitely use a lot of improvement. But it's not 100% their fault, since matches turn into clusterfucks pretty fast and even as someone who played Splitgate for hundreds of hours, I was often lost as to what the hell is going on. Also it was kinda weird seeing deathmatch as an official Esport category.
