@@mavco4639 I can absolutely guarantee you that if a team of all Canadians won a title, Johnny Boi and all the EU casters/talent would be saying how bad the United States is, hahaha Canada is the only good NA country. And honestly I think it just matters cause EU and NA are pretty much equal without the French. Say they are a part of EU all you want it doesn’t change the fact that the French are literally the only reason EU is so dominant. G2 would be 2x-3x world champions without French players in the mix, and yet everyone acts like EU is just completely better and it’s just false, not true, hopium. Even Liquid was like 2-4 against NA all season, and that’s EUs best non french team. You could argue this is because EUs best non french players (Jack and Noly) went to NA, and that makes the argument better, but not a single EU team has won a LAN without at least 1 French player, and the majority of LANs won by EU were at least 2/3rds french, if not 3/3. So yeah, against, definitely matters. Non french EU teams that make LANs are usually bounces by NA teams, it’s just reality

You cant say what would have been without french teams, nobody knows and still they are here to prove, that they are the best. Other teams should step up at this point (EU and NA) and people like you shouldn't find explanations on EU is only better, because of France. Team BDS won last year, two years before that there wasn't world championships because of Covid, before that was NRG, then Vitality when the team was completely different, then cloud 9. Past that, the prize pool was so small it wasn't that big of a feat but the guy putting medals on their necks is Kronovi, he won and was MVP of the first ever world championship. He used to be considered the best rocket league player ever back then doing stuff diamonds do nowadays. Crazy how much better people have gotten at the game.
