Hey Brad, Looks like the outfeed table is working well for you! Taylor will always remember spending time with you processing firewood! Our kids have grown up , moved out, and still like to come help with firewood! Stacking wood with your kids gives you a chance to "Drip life lessons" on them. Thanks for sharing!

R.I.P Wheelbarrow. if you got a Menards close by they sell tubs. one of the only places I could find and probably better quality then the one it came with. I bought a 2 wheel alum wheelbarrow from tractor supply and the tub and wheels were garbage but frame was good. time I replaced tub and wheels I spent almost double of what I bought it for

Hello Brad, cut a piece of ply wood about the size of the bottom of your wheel borrow, do not make it to fit up againt the sides or the weight stress will blow out the side where the plywood hits, all you want to do is protect the bottom, a lot of plastics are temp sensitive, cold they are brittle, hot they can get a little soft and bow some.

Mostly wheel barrows break like that through poor design rather than any other reason. You can get replacement tubs but get one with reinforcing / ribbing underneath it especially around the bolts holes which are the normal place for them to break first. It wouldn't matter what tub you had on it though if you're going to drop /throw heavy rounds into it.

Since you're former MD state police, a quick off-topic question. Why are departments now turning against the citizens of the world to enact tyrannical edicts? I never saw that coming. We all knew pew-pew control was rooted in this end-game. But I always thought the conscious of the officer would prevail.
@FirewoodattheFurnace
@FirewoodattheFurnace 2 жыл бұрын
Well I never saw that coming either. I have not seen that first hand but I can tell you that the new generation of police officers coming up are being trained a much different way than I was. The law enforcement climate has changed so much since I began my career and played a role in my decision to retire. I have faith that the pendulum will swing the other way once we get through this tough time
