No, if you use any shortcut, the leaderboard won't count the time, hence the manual time. Just as the leaderboard does counting, I started from the pole at the top of the mountain and the pole at the bottom for accuracy.

Since it's not an event, it's not a speedrun.com run, and since it doesn't count on the leaderboard, it's not a WR either. It's more or less its own category.

Technically the leaderboard timer starts at the road sign at the top and ends at the telephone pole at the bottom. That's how I timed this run. The race event has it's own separate counting system, but your actual leaderboard time would still be derived from the two points previously mentioned. You can check the leaderboard times either by pressing G to see the times posted since you joined the server or by going to a leaderboard at either the top or bottom of the mountain pass for a full list of times posted since the server's creation..
