As a long time wrecker operator taking vehicles for a living, I laughed so hard at this video. Excellent job, production is outstanding. That “whip test” went exactly as I imagined it would, but please don’t recover with a tow ball. Those have a history of becoming fatal missiles, thankfully that sloppy old 601b is all loosey goosey and you had a lot of energy dissipation. The bushings for the boom are a few hundred for all three to tighten that up, cut the old ones out, freeze the new and drop em in. Also, doubt Tye will be happy to do so, but welding a small gate to the bottom of the boom with 1/2” bar stock will help keep it straight. Throw it along the bottom near the baseball diamond. I’m in Orlando if you all need help.
