He touched on something very important that might have gotten missed, he's the one stepping up and renovating a track when so many are turning to rubble. Not only that, but he is openly telling everyone that this is not cheap by any stretch of the imagination, and fully transparent as to the decisions he's making and why. With all the craziness and "full send" there is on this channel, I just hope that everyone is aware that there are people out there that have made hundreds of millions of dollars in racing and talk about how these losses of facilities are hurting the sports they love, but a youtube guy is the one stepping up to the plate to do something about it. Never change, sir. And hopefully many more are inspired by you to do something with their local facilities.

The videos and content you put out are the greatest return you could really ever give us. For a lot of us, myself included, it's that moment of the day where I sit down at my pc and everything else disappears. @Shawn not true brotha most tracks close down because they loose so much money they can’t stay afloat...his channel is what will make this track stay afloat and keep ppl coming in but if people don’t come it would close down again. Their is a lot more to operating Business then people know. A lot of stress as well as never seeing money in hand at first and if not ran correctly you will never see it. We have a performance shop that took 4 years being this year to really profit and my grading company done great from the start but everything was paid for from the start as well

You're doing it right. A lot of people obviously don't understand the engineering aspect, and just how GOOD that track still is. And you're fixing the base where needed. I've gotta say, i've been watching you on and off since 2018, I want to make my own version of Neighbor as a daily driver. That being said, it's awesome to see your heart invested in this so much as well as to see the transparency of what's going on. When we did Daytona. We had a D9g on the outer wall. A cable going to the Grader. An they had to move together so the dozer held the Grader in place. We did have a cable snap. An the Grader rolled down the bank. Driver was fine. But I understand what you are going through.

@@Syrade2713 whats crazy is i was looking up the company's profile and they are only 3.5 years old. RG is the president of of a couple other company's that have to do with computer programming and BP construction is 1/2 owned by him and his cousin. Makes me think that RG was the finicial backer for the construction company and his cousin is the main foreman. That would make sense too have someone that can crunch #s/bids and the other be onsite getting it done. Either way they have some sweet pieces of equipment.

The timing with the FF couldn't have been worse: in the beginning of a pandemic. Despite that you have managed to keep your head above water and you're taking care of the necessities. Once we get through this, the FF will be a vacation spot for people. The wife and I are taking a vacation to Fl and would love to stop by for a Cleet and cars. #1 rule during a pandemic is survive and you're doing that. Great job......

The pay per views will always make more money than any gate or concession revenue. Besides, the track wouldn't have been ready anyway, it still isn't.

It was a blessing and a curse. It gave him time to properly assess and fix issues as well as test the track with shenanigans and events then fix issues that arise. He was also able to supplement with PPV events and get that fine tuned. When he can open to the public it will have a great foundation goin forward and not have to play catch up when something like this would have happened. The PPV will always be an option because you're not going to get TV coverage and the physical bodies will supplement more revenue as well as onsite merch.

One thing can do for the Track, once the spots are fixed. Just seal the entire surface. While the sealing might not hold up to the racing long term. it would give the track that nice new look and would help with some of the micro cracks starting to form.

Cleetus I am happy that you are getting the F F back in shape. When I was there, 40 yrs ago,it was De Soto speedway! It was the finest short track I have ever been to.
