The thing about the ring is that it was somebody else’s ring she took to propose to her now girlfriend. It was not a ring bought specifically for that said girlfriend. Like Lache said, it wasn’t important for her to have a ring or not. Kayla took her ex’s ring to propose to her now girlfriend and it was wrong. If Kayla would have been a Kyle instead, the whole situation would have been viewed waaayyy differently by judge Toler.

No, it wouldn't have. On another episode, the woman "lost" the ring because the man had proposed to another woman with it. Judge Lynn said the ring is for the woman he ends up marrying. And that she was tripping. She's pretty consistent.
