I picked one up, after seeing it in the shop today. It's not great, but so far it's pretty good. The neck pickup is pretty cheap, but still works just fine. My biggest complaint is a couple small bits of red overspray where the necks meets the body, and the pearlescent paint/coating they put on the top of the binding really wasn't applied well. Overall it's good, but i dont know if its worth the additional cost over the regular Epi custom LP.. I haven't decided if I'll be keeping it or returning it though. I'll keep it for a couple weeks and see what I think then.

The frets on mine buzz everywhere. Gonna have to level, crown and polish them if I keep it

@@guitarswithdavid4422 yeah, I like it for the looks(from 10 feet away) more than anything. I'm pretty sure I'll be returning it. Not trying to be a snob, but I own a few Gibson LPs, and I just don't enjoy this one like I do those. Edit: I just brought it back. The more I played, the more dead spots and rough frets I found. The manager of the store was even arguing with me, trying to get me to keep it, but reluctantly accepted the return. Wish I didn't buy it to begin with.

I thought Epiphones were supposed to play and be better than Gibsons??/ At least that's always the sentiment I constantly see on the internet.
