This gets concluded in a comic book. I still can’t believe this is true as I’m writing this. This entire storyline literally gets wrapped up in a fucking comic.

The 1 thing I still dont understand in this game is at the end of AC3 , the messages from the previous games led Desmond to the grand temple so he could save the world, but once he got there, Minerva appeared out of nowhere to tell him not to save the world and Juno appeared shocked that Minerva was there? Like wtf? Minerva was also guiding him all along but once he gets there she tells him screw the world. If she knew Juno tampered with the device then why didnt she tell him this earlier?only wait for him to enter the grand temple and then tell him. And if Juno was imprisoned, how did she tamper with the device? Or did she tamper with the device and then get imprisoned? So if this is the case then the Earth would of been doomed all along because she tampered with the device right? So why didnt Minerva send messages to Desmond about Juno messing with the device. Makes no sense to me

+kbg12ila I think this sequence prepare us to that in the future games. They couldn't just dropped all of the story of those who came before like that. They gave us a name for this cvilisation: the Isus. They gave us more detail about how Juno transfer Aita soul. And they made a recap about all of the event about Juno. So i think Syndicate prepare us for more Isus story in the future (they already said that they want us to PLAY a sequence before adam and eve, during Isus era). AC Syndicate = Assassin's Creed VI. I hope AC7 will be powerful (like FF7 :p ).

+k skinox I think Galina will be the next assassin. Before she was in AC initiates only. In Assassin's Creed IV-2 (rogue), they used all AC Initiates informations to tell in the present story (for those who didn't went on the website). Now they introduce Galina in Assassin's Creed VI (Syndicate). So i hope they will make Galina playable in three or four little missions (like Desmond in AC3)

I'm glad all of her scenes were just running down the history of the past games that we already know. You can tell Ubisoft is really putting their all into the present day they spent 5 games creating just to kill off their main protagonist... all that build up and hype for Desmond, and they just straight up offed him like that.

I miss Desmond. Aside from Ezio his storyline was my favorite. The real world story was so good, his death felt like such a cop out, since there hasn't technically been a new real world protagonist since.

Not really spoilers.She is just repeating what she said in AC3 and AC4.Zero effort from the developers...They murdered the modern day story,just like they murdered the franchise.I must admit,I had a blast playing Syndicate,but the story is getting weaker with every new AC.They set out to take back London,and so they do...the end.That's as deep as it goes.

They did a much better job with this Modern day then unity for sure I sorta which they would speed up the pace of the modern day story but I think it's very clear that next year shit is gonna go down in the modern day. Just look at what is happening in the modern day in this game things are becoming more and more urgent Juno has hinted several times that the world is almost ready for her return and I feel like more and more the Templar order is being divided into two groups the Templar order well remain but I feel like more and more templars are starting to join instruments of the first will. Even the phoenix project is nearing completion since the shroud is in the hands of the Templars. I feel like unlike AC unity or even AC 4 the modern day story is actually progressing and I suspect it well progress much more with the movie and the game that is coming out next year.

Hope Ubisoft made next AC game by letting everyone create their own characters in the beginning juz like MGSV if they dun not have any characters like Desmond. The 3D protagonist is so boring, only can see the cutscenes without moving. Maybe its time to turn back to Open world modern day and open world AC game juz like classics ACII, AC Brotherhood and ACIII.

I totally agree, since the character you play as in the modern day story of AC4, Rogue, Unity and Syndicate is supposed to represent the player them-self. It would be awesome to have much more freedom of customization in future installments within the historical and modern portions of the story.
