Training.....some do tend to be more gentile than others by nature though. My current boy is super gentle. He can take a mini marshmallow from my lips, without touching me at all. The tiniest crumb is no match for him. Very minimal training was needed. His brother was the opposite and took lots of training.

Easy to train that out. As they come to take it push it forward into their face. After a few times they will politely wait.

Chief is such a cutie!!! Just a little advice: Goodness forbid you were to get in a car accident and your pups weren’t secured, they would act as a projectile which could hurt you or them. I’d get either a car hammock or seat belts for your pups to make sure they stay safe!!! Love your videos!!!

@@avalonkellough2083 Happened to my mom, had her small dog in the front seat and someone not paying attention rear ended her, sending the dog flying to the floor. Thankfully no one was hurt and my mom's SUV just had a scratch on it. She said the other guy's car was worse. She usually keeps her dog in the backseat but doesn't use a seatbelt as he lays down.

I know they love it and it's amazing to see how happy they are when you feed them, but be careful with her health. Also please, enjoy the time you have with her because they are the most precious and loving thing in the world. I really miss my lab who passed away last month and he was 9 years old. I'd do everything to get him back

When my family lived in New Orleans, we had a McDonald's within walking distance. That...wasn't normal for us, lol! So we walked to get some food and our pitbull puppy greeted us back home. Now, she'd been a neglected outside dog before this and was skittish about being indoors. You know it's bad when the dog doesn't even want a hot dog because they aren't used to being in a house; what dog doesn't like hot dogs? We shared a bit of our nuggets and fries with her and she got really good at catching food in her mouth. However, I also used that timidness to train her to leave human food alone if it's not being offered to her, even if it's right in front of her. She got really good at that. I became so comfortable with her level of training that I totally forgot about it when she had a litter of puppies and her kids absolutely devoured a plate of food I had sat near my bed. They would all leave before I could train them to their mother's standard, lol. Never before and never since have I seen a dog I can set a plate of food down in front of and they leave it alone, even if I leave the room.

I just had to take my 15yr old white Lab to his favorite spot on Rockcreek & put him down BUT before ! We went down the Root i got him a Naps Burger & fries with a Gatorade chaser "HE LOVED HIS GATORADE AFTER A GOOD DAY PHEASANT HUNTING " THEN after our drive to R-Creek I grilled him a MONSTER Clinton market Ribeye seasoned with pepper & alpine touch also steamed baby reds mashed a little with lighthouse ranch on 1/2 & butter & sour cream salt & pepper on the other half ! I also steamed him brussel sprouts then I sauteed them in butter with some chopped up thick Dailys bacon bits with a little salt and pepper on them as well ! Then for desert i gave him some homemade breaded pudding with melted caramel sauce & some wilcoxson's vanilla ice cream ! Then the best tummy rub ever It was a good Day BUT DAMN ! I miss my Dog ! God rest his soul but I know He's chasing Roosters in some redbrush & cattails in doggy heaven ! R.I.P. Bow Bows

I’ve always wanted a labrador, But there was never enough space for one where i live. So we got a labrador instead, We called waffle. We also have a jack russell named sonny. Sonny’s about 15 years old waffle is 1 year old, But he’s turning to this year. They’re both incredible dogs and i love them both. The main reason i always wanted a labrador was this channel, And without it i wouldn’t have waffle. So thanks for the vids.
