If we directly question then we will use "will we" but if we question after a statement then we will use" we will" not will we. For example "will we start now?" Or " please tell me, we will start now". Hope it will clear your doubts.

Baki sentence bhi galat hai jaise he said that party has started. Kyunki 1st clause past mein hai to second bhi past mein hona chaiye Except universal truth. In indirect speech or conjunction that. Correct it.
