This was so helpful and encouraging. I really liked how you guys talked about our sacrifices and actions kind of purifying and changing the things around us, I’ve never thought about it that way. A lot of people in my family aren’t saved or are kinda on the outskirts of following Jesus wholeheartedly. They have noticed things that I give up and don’t do because of what I believe and it’s opened up conversations about Jesus and who He is. It’s really encouraging to see that the sacrifices we make and the things we do actually have significance and they aren’t wasted! Most of us in America probably won’t face actual, physical death for our beliefs, but when we do choose to sacrifice things and deny ourselves, we can know that God can use even small sacrifices to change and influence things around us!
