I am 15 years old now and I remember back in 2015 when I went to Pigeon Forge with my church to go to Winterfest. This amazing man was there and he blessed me with hearing this amazing poem. It has stuck with me since. When I feel as if I'm really drifting from God as if there is no hope I always find my way back to David Bowden. He has really made a mark on my life.

I saw you at Winterfest 2016 in Gatlinburg and all I can say is when you spoke this poem you saved me. A few weeks before I went I was having thoughts of suicide and when I heard you speak it's like you were talking to me. Thank you for saving my life. Today I am 3 months clean from self harm and I'm hoping next February I can be one year. I just have to be strong and talk to God when I'm having a bad day. ❤
