If you can't find satin lined sponge rollers, you can use saran wrap to wrap around the sponge before you roll your hair onto it. It works wonders!

Hiii! Honestly, I’d say just don’t roll too tight. That definitely won’t feel comfortable. The good thing is that you can leave a little wiggle room at the root and the curl won’t be compromised.
