I mod the game so the characters go five times as fast as they usually do.
This is a TAS (Tool Assisted Speedrun). It's not a normal speedrun and it doesn't compete with normal speedruns!!!
That is my first complete TAS of the game - it's REALLY REALLY unoptimzed.
But I am still happy with the result I got.

The loads look weird because of the frame dumping feature in Dolphin, but the time is still the same.

This is the "normal" BfBB TAS with insane movement, mechanics and tricks! kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y3a8i2qagqiFp7c BTW: If you want to play with modified walking speed as well follow this tutorial: kzbin.info/www/bejne/faXLlpqOqs5pm8k Then edit the sb.ini and go to the the section where the characters speeds are. The line you are looking for are: SB.MoveSpeed = 0.6,4,5, 0.1,0.8,1.0 ... Patrick.MoveSpeed = 0.6,2.5,5, 0.1,0.6,1.0 ... Sandy.MoveSpeed = 0.6,2.5,5, 0.1,0.6,1.0 Now multiply the numbers to the left with a multiplier, for example 5. This will make Spongebob line go like this: SB.MoveSpeed = 3,20,25, 0.1,0.8,1.0 Don't forget to save. Have fun being fast!

What's funny is that this is only LCB speed. If you cruise boost with this active, it's DCB speed. This is eventually what most of the segments in the run will look like in a year or two, in either Any% or NG+. Downtown streets has a 42 speed Displacement LCB so it'd look even crazier, Rooftops has a DCB that you can do with the box on the ledge beneath the pipe with the Swinging Sandy spatula, Goo Lagoon has a the LCB on the rock by Larry and there's already a variation of Kids called LCB Kids. Give it some time, and we'll at least be seeing NG+ runs in 30 minutes or less.

I appreciate the words, though, I personally don't think it was that great, it has dumb time losses, is very un-technical (doesn't even use CB) and also old. It was my first TAS and I could probably do A LOT better today. Nonetheless, it's always fun to look back at it. ^^

Shochingly, its actually slower than the WR with normal speed. I guess its TOO fast... Also, dolphin is the most well-known emulator to this day (and nintendo wont shut down the ROM of THIS game)

The game runs sharp and bright since it is running in an Emulator, not real hardware

Yes I am pretty sure Hazel's is going to be faster, that was just a small project i did in two days.You have to investigate week, months or even years for a good full game tas

@@moritzmika9679 morgen oder übermorgen käme ein video, hoffendlich. also so wie ich das gemacht habe war es jeden tag 300 versuche zu machen. an tag 1 habe ich es 3 mal geschaft, an tag 2 8 mal, an tag 3 25 mal, tag 4 63 mal und an tag 5 105 mal, kostet eine menge, menge zeit, sollte die hat man aber glaube ich aktuell^^
