The fact that you mentioned about "oh, it's that kind of party", while it didn't quite make me laugh, I'm pretty sure it did make me chuckle a bit. With the like spongebob mentioned about them saving the idea for getting naked for the idea of real estate, unless they (the producers) did come up with an episode where the joke was used as an actual episode, I think that is all it was, is that what spongebob saying about them getting naked being saved for real estate was just a joke.

Oh yeah, I’m sure there’s nothing wrong with people fishing at Bikini Atoll. But really though. Even if I don’t catch fish myself. I would not go fishing around an area where they did nuclear bomb tests as there could still be a lot of radiation in the air. But Bikini Atoll is a very interesting place to learn about. The island we see a lot in the show is said to be one of the islands in the area of Bikini Atoll and actually exists in real life. SpongeBob maybe just a fun family oriented show. But the more you realize how a lot of the jokes are references to marine life the more fascinating it can get. And Stephen Hillenburg the main creator of SpongeBob (who sadly passed away) was a marine biologist too. The reason why the clouds in SpongeBob look like flowers is because people say that they could be oil spills at the surface of Bikini Atoll too.

This episode first aired in the US on February 23rd, 2001. SpongeBob’s birthday is July 14th, 1986 (revealed in the episode Sleepy Time in a dream that SB had involving him getting his license, which is odd in itself considering SB would’ve been 13 at when this episode came out on January 17th, 2000 and even more odd that SB got a job at age 12 in the pilot episode on May 1st, 1999). So this is doubly fucked considering BOTH SpongeBob and Pearl are underage.

2:02 The way Mr. Krabs says "gift shops" is pretty frightening Also when Spongebob got hooked why didn't he just strip right there because he was RIGHT by his house, instead he runs ALL THE WAY to the Krusty Krab and then Pearl and her friends got to see him naked, and it also didn't make sense that he would get on the hook like that, if he had just grabbed it with his hands it wouldn't have gotten caught in his pants And if Patrick got caught why would he end up back at his house in a tuna can instead of in a store in the human world?
