Revenge of the Flying Dutchman could be a good game if it were to be remade with today’s modern tech. It still has that “collect-a-thon” aspect that separates it from many other modern games of today, which adds to its replay ability. It just needs a fresh coat of paint and some new additions to spice things up a bit.

yeah, honestly there isn't really that much wrong with the gameplay it's self. The majority of the issues are related to the awkward camera angles, overplayed music, and loading glitches. It still wouldn't be an amazing ground breaking game. But it would be a solid spongebob game and collect-athon.

I hope Gravity can do a full game mod of ROTFD remade with BFBB engine. I could never beat ROTFD because the controls are confusing and bad. I always got stuck in Jellyfish Fields. If this actually does get a full game mod I will buy it. I also like the doubloons and how shiny they are.

Can anyone tell the difference between SpongeBob's voice in ROTFD & BFBB cause in ROFTD, he still has his classic voice from the original 3 seasons, and in BFBB, he has his modern high-pitch voice that has been used since the first movie.
