I still remember when the Noir SpongeBob event was happening but at the time I had no idea what it was as I didn’t even know that Nickelodeon had a website for some reason… that or at the very least I had no real reason to play web games one of those two….. I honestly just thought the event meant that talented artists would just send in random fan art for the show in general rather than just the specific episode it’s events and episodes like this that make me wonder why people think SpongeBob became an overall worse show after the literally underdeveloped first season of the show

I loved this year in terms of SpongeBob games, specifically Live from Bikini Bottom 2, Rock Collector and SpongeBob Run, great video!

Also fun fact about losing to Plankton in SpongeBob Run, he actually has custom dialogue if you lose. And when the Game Over screen appears I think SpongeBob says something along the lines of… "I want a rematch!" Don't quote me on that though, it's been a long time.

I am kinda late but i just wanted to say that luci i watched all of the spongebob web games of ''years'' videos ever since the first one about 1999 games (But i started watching you earlier than that) and i really enjoyed these videos as it made me feel nostalgic a lot due to the memories i had while playing them during childhood. I thought this might be a really important step in spongebob games of ''years'' so i wanted to make this comment. Dude, I remember going onto the You Bring The Color site, coloring my little screenshots and later frantically looking at my screen if my name appeared on the TV a week later (unfortunately, my name wasn't there mainly because the site for some reason didn't let me??? this is all by memory so some details may be fuzzy) I do remember checking up the event 5 years later on the SpongeBob wiki and one comment caught my eye that said that the site was actually somehow accessible all the way until 2019, I checked the Wayback Machine and went to 2019 and the site was just a buggy mess

With Live From Bikini Bottom 2 coming out, then all the games having to be archived, I think the original Live From Bikini Bottom could be lost. I tried to find it so I could play it last year, but I couldn’t find a playable version. I may or may not be right about it being lost though
