I don't think every state has that law LegalEagle brought up, but provided it does, if you try to rob a store, and the poor upkeeping of the store results in you getting injured, you can't sue the store because they don't have a duty to you, the criminal, as they would to a customer.

As I understood it, in some states, a criminal getting injured by poor upkeep does not have a case to sue the store. The store had no duty to protect you, as you were not a customer or a guest. Granted, I don’t think you can just boobytrap the store after closing for the day. But let’s be honest: if you try to rob a store, and get injured by slipping and falling on a puddle; just take the L. It’s embarrassing enough that the criminal was taken down by a wet floor; don’t make it more embarrassing by taking them to court.

Tbh even though it makes sense given the time loop, I would’ve thought PL-1413 would’ve been a tad bit higher, if only because it’s the only plan I can recall where Planktons scheme actually worked. He genuinely figured out the formula, just ended up forgetting it through induced amnesia. I would’ve at least put it over OCM, just because Planktons plan had a bit more effect in PL then OCM. annnnd also because I’d prefer having that episode be at the bottom of any tier no matter what.

After Samson lost his power from being deceived into breaking his oath, he's chained to a pair of pillars in a cave his captors put him on display in. He prays for the strength to break his bonds, and uses his one last blessing to bring the cave down with him, killing everyone inside.

Glad to see Gramma’s Secret Recipe in F Tier bc not only does he dress up as his grandma and have a decent plan to threaten putting Krabs in legal trouble by demanding the formula, he just immediately ditches the plan next scene to get SpongeBob into the mix when that’s never done him any good up until that point. The jellyfish being the biggest threat in the series is probably best shown with one of the best recurring characters in the series, one of the few characters that can terrify spongebob. “Friend” the blue jellyfish, statically they have never lost in the series.
