I just started reading Terry Pratchett! He was my dads favourite author and had every single book signed, and since my dad passed away I thought it would be remind me too much of him, but I'm loving them! And I got the illustrated edition of the philosopher's stone for Christmas so I'm reading that too

Currently reading "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes" by Caitlin Doughty. I think you'd like her, if you don't already know of her. She has a YT channel called "Ask a Mortician". Re: bookmarks - train tickets, tissues, bits of envelopes, candy/chocolate wrappers, bits of fabric from sewing projects, whatever is flat. I never seem to have a proper bookmark handy when I need one.

The book I take around with me is currently Nightblood, of the Valencourt Books' Paperbacks from Hell reprints. The Rules of Magic is one of my all time faves and it's going to be an HBO TV Series!!! practical Magic is actually really cool because the book is very different from the movie. The movie focuses on Sally, the book on Gillian. Alice Hoffman is one of the best authors if you love magic. From what I know, you would like the Green Witch books!
