I have really enjoyed this vlog! Top giggles for me, family using Martins' lines, Dougal gets a near spa treatment when Martin only gets a quick "fuzz away." I'm so impressed with the breakfasts in your area Ragged Apron, Rachels and Elite Fish and Chips are all on my day trip list this year- cracking grub, especially the quality and girth of the sausage. Great visit and banter around the castle, a really good video. Thank you so much for doing this. You mention Valerie Leon in this vid, known for roles in Carry On films but I don't think many realise she was also a bond girl of sorts having a role in 'Never say Never again" and also had a part in The Wild Geese.

Most of the castle is built of Spilsby greenstone, as are several nearby churches. The local greenstone is a limestone that proved to be porous, prone to rapid deterioration when exposed to weather and a substandard building material. The castle was constructed as an irregular polygonal enclosure. The castle is one of the earliest examples of a uniform castle designed and built without a keep.This is why i go metal detecting,to find history !

Spent our honey moon in Lossiemouth and that bridge you pointed too we lost our digital camera with all our wedding photos on. We didn't care about the expensive camera, more our memories. We thought were lost forever, but a very kind person had handed it in at the police station. We couldn't believe our luck and obviously offered a reward. Oh boy what happy memories! Thanks guys xxx
