Savannah reminds me of Fred Armisen… one of my favorite “quotes” of his is when he was talking about his special Stand-Up for Drummers and how niche it is and he says “I don’t want to make 3 million people chuckle.. I’d rather make 3 people laugh really hard! Comedy is always funnier and more memorable the more relatable it is and the more specific.” and he’s right, that’s why Seinfeld blew up with his (at the time) fresh observation humor because it was random super specific shit people could relate to. Most people can just enjoy the amazing visuals, great music and have a nice time. But for the people Savannah is specifically speaking to… the digital artists and blender nerds… those people are laughing until their faces hurt because they feel seen. I like that. She could try to cater to the masses and would probably blow up! But she sticks in her niche because she loves it and likes to make her community happy.
