Think it was mainly the life from the loam. That card can be quite the engine, but I also agree that Shane's graveyard was the better target to exile.

I love Unlicensed Hearse. I also run it in my Shorikai deck and being able to easily hate our graveyards and make an every growing vehicle is very nice. Pairing it with unwinding clock can add up to 8 power and toughness to it per turn rotation which is amazing

I have 13 carddraw spells today in my brion deck... Without secret rendevous, archivist of oghma, cut a deal, fey steed (that one is more an ensurence), master of ceremonies, smugglers share or your temple is under attack Btw there are more cards that came out this year to help out xD

As just a random viewer I have no idea, why Ben took all the hate in the early game. But seems you all are scared of him because of other games. But from a threat assessment point... No idea why he got so much hate you two drawing a lot of cards with esper felt way stronger in the early game. Liked the spirit deck and didn't get why the early empty graveyard from Ben was chosen to Exile rather than the full loaded spirit yard

That kyodai list does not look fun to play or to play against. Am I missing something? It's just ramp and control and no wincon? Why does muddstah say it's "obvious" his wincon involved sacrificing or flinging lands? Because I'm not seeing a single card in the deck that flings.

if your commander does damage to you, then you take commander damage

No, it has to be combat damage to count as commander damage. Otherwise, commanders like Heartless Hidetsugu and Purphoros would be busted.

Its possible but the problem is that after it the trigger should still resolve so he shoudve sacked more creatures Edit: answer below is telling me there is no need to sac more creatures after warda

Because it's a triggered ability, and once it's put on the stack, players get priority to cast spells and activate abilities on top of it. Kris can respond to the Dreadnought's ETB trigger by sacrificing it to some other purpose. The ETB will still be there afterwards, and you can even sacrifice 12 power worth of creatures if you want to, but if you choose not to, nothing happens.
