Nottingham is my city and it really bugs me how the council doesn’t capitalise on tourism. We have so much history and no tourists. The people from Nottingham don’t even know the caves are there, it’s embarrassing.The council spent millions to regenerate the castle and did an amazing job but it’s already closed down! Thank you for visiting exploring our history, we need more of that! The green part that’s all closed off is where they’ve knocked down a huge shopping centre called broadmarsh. Also, there’s a greasy spoon in the Victoria centre shopping centre - unless that’s been closed down too

Hopefully my husband n I will be travelling to the cafe my sister lives about one hour from you she’s been very poorly in hospital for the last 12 weeks she was having open heart surgery but they told her she would not make though op no more they can do for her . Breakfast at tuckers opposite kitty cafe start at about £6 friar lane Tracy’s in Victoria centre market or there’s a couple of cafes in sneinton market …. Normal cafes are very far and few between in notts nowadays sadly

I've got a massive conference pear tree in the garden and this year there's next to no pears on it. Last year it was full of pears. Someone told me that they don't pollinate every year??? I'm really sorry I couldn't get to the meet and greet on Saturday, my neck rotation is still not good enough for the long drive and Miserable Moo wouldn't drive that far. Nottingham looking a sorry state since I last visited like so many city's. Wonderful plums there Mr Butler but I am very partial to a nice well shaped, juicy pear. I used to live near Nottingham and had no clue about the caves, I have to say it blew me and the Mr's away last night, very interesting, the breakfast looked good but I can see why you passed that place the first time around, One sausage really? 5-6 Tomatoes, sour dough bread, good quality but sadly that would not do it for me, I saw Popeye's Chicken, while Id sooner support local small biz I have to say we live in the USA and Popeye's chicken burger is the best, its miles better than other fast food, the tenders are good too. The Ragged apron content was lovely too, a great get together, I gotta say Lee Van Kamps art work was beautiful as it always is, He really has talent. Loved the booby prize too, who wouldn't want that stuck to the back of the toilet door lol. Sharon is a sweetheart, she looks well and is always cheerful, you did well there Mate. The scary stuff, heck Id never go in there, Id not sleep for months seriously.

The plum tree could be shot hole disease which is Coreyneum blight that’s caused a lot of damage this year in some allotments because of the wet weather.

Think the Fox Cafe is taking the Michael. Piddly portions overprice soft drink. I live in Nottingham but certainly would never eat in there at those prices. Portions half the size of most other breakfast outlets

Now then love your videos was amazing when I was sat at Grantham train station I did speak and sed me and my nephews see all your videos I was in Nottingham for a friend but live in York and the best part is when you where walking in Nottingham me and my friend are are on your video out side the slug and lettuce I have grey so could hair so could not miss my self but it was a mental day all trains where cancelled so stuck in Grantham but luckily a hold man was able to get a taxi to Doncaster and he let me and my female friend get in it he Di not want no money ha was such a kind man then my niece picked us up sorted the old man out any he was ending to Scotland to play golf in the morning what a kind man he was xxx

Thats my town & ive not been in a few years because everywhere was closing down, broadmarsh shopping centre gone & how much for that breakfast 😮 you was definitely ripped off, in the 80s a lot of bars had like wells to see down to the caves, some had s skeleton for added effect 😂 did you not visit the Nottingham castle, you missed the old time jail which was spelt gaol, some great places but nothing is like it used to be, interesting & a great vlog 😊ty 👍🏼🌹

My Granny always said she’d TAN my ass as a kid ☹️ now I know why 😂 dog poo and drunk mens urine , that’s terribly terrifying to a 4 years old and not to appetising as an adult 😁, although I do hear that some pair big money for that service.
