I really enjoyed watching your various projects and cooking :) I am wondering what you do for your main protein sources? It didn't look like you had anything for a protein in this meal? I am desiring to be vegan at some point, but my doctor said I'm not getting enough protein and I can't have gluten/corn/and most grains. I am allergic to gluten and after trying to be vegan for almost a year; I gave up because i was so weak all the time, and gained a lot of weight. If you see this and care to offer any tips for someone who can't have grains, and needs more proteins, I would appreciate it :) Take care Sweetie
