This LP (and game) are both actually pretty good, so it's worth it to watch the LP first if you are able to. Especially since this game starts messing with time continuity about halfway through and this compilation can get confusing if you aren't familiar with what's actually happening in the story.

I link to their channel, website and individual LP video links in each comp description to encourage viewership, to those who haven't watched an LP, to those who have but have kind of forgotten, or those who want a refresher before going back into one. If these videos replaced people watching the LPs, I wouldn't do them at all since that's not my intention. I've had quite a number of people tell me a comp got them to watch an LP they kept putting off watching for one reason or another, I've also had people tell me a comp got them to jump back into binge watching LPs. I've even had some people tell me they never checked their (best friends) channel out until they watched a comp and that turned them to watching full LPs. So pretty much for everyone. Those who have, have not, or want to return to an LP.

Soooo this game has told me that Max should have euthanised Chloe in the alternate future and then stayed there. That way the tornado wouldn't have barrelled through Arcadia since Chloe is now dead as the Reaper intended. SPOILERS They figured out they could bypass locked doors without setting off alarms by opening them conventionally (setting off the alarm) and then rewinding time to before the alarm went off. Max stays in the locked room and can now unlock the door without setting off the alarms.

I really want to watch the LP but I can't help but feel that the constant *EDGE* will put me off completely. Even if it was just something the characters do only in the beginning to make them seem more like teens trying to be caricatures of what they think they should be at that age it still appears, admittedly with my limited knowledge, to be an extremely risky move by the writer if that was their intention as many people will be alienated by this. Obviously such a writing choice would and is driving me away from the product. I watched the entire Dangan Ronpa LP and while it was painful given that they eventually stopped talking so much about the game and with the game's simple mechanics I could just listen and do something else. The only thing that really kept me on for the DR LP is the fact that I like Dangan Ronpa. I suppose in conclusion my point is the overly hip characters and dialog/narrative in Life is Strange can push many people away before they have a chance of gaining any attachment. This lack of attachment leaves you with no reason to even look in the game's direction unless it is in an abridged fashion that is already familiar to you (the clear example being this video).
